Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.

Tangible Items Refund Policy

Contact us using the "Contact Us" page on the website for any concerns regarding your products. Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis for items that are damaged (excluding OOPS BAGS). Please allow for 4 weeks domestic US or 8 weeks international (12 weeks for Australia during this current time period) before contacting the shop regarding reshipment or refunds.
